1. About Our Services

DTF Express YYC provides Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing services, including custom DTF transfers and gang sheet printing.

Our website allows customers to upload artwork, create custom gang sheets, place orders, and purchase printed transfers.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, service, pricing, or website feature at any time.

2. Customer Accounts

Certain features of our website may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used improperly, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Gang Sheet Builder

Our Gang Sheet Builder allows customers to upload and arrange their own artwork.

Customers are responsible for:

• Uploading the correct artwork
• Selecting the correct gang sheet size
• Checking the placement and sizing of designs
• Reviewing the completed gang sheet before ordering
• Ensuring the artwork is suitable for printing

Once an order has been submitted and production has started, changes may not be possible.

4. Artwork Requirements

For the best printing results, customers should provide high-quality artwork.

We recommend:

• PNG files with transparent backgrounds
• High-resolution artwork
• 300 DPI whenever possible
• Properly sized artwork
• Clean and print-ready designs

Low-resolution artwork, thin lines, transparency, small details, or other design limitations may affect the final printed result.

DTF Express YYC is not responsible for print-quality issues caused by artwork supplied by the customer.

5. Customer Responsibility for Artwork

You confirm that you have the legal right to use any artwork, logo, image, trademark, photograph, or other content that you upload.

You must not upload content that:

• Infringes another person’s copyright or trademark
• Violates applicable laws
• Contains unlawful or prohibited material
• You do not have permission to reproduce

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe the artwork violates these requirements.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

The price shown at checkout is the applicable price for your order at the time the order is placed, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Additional taxes, shipping charges, or other applicable fees may apply.

7. Orders

An order is considered submitted once the checkout process has been successfully completed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in situations involving:

• Incorrect pricing
• Payment problems
• Suspected fraud
• Technical errors
• Artwork or content that violates our policies
• Product or material availability

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund policy.

8. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters production unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

We may use third-party payment processors to process payments.

We do not normally have access to or store your complete payment-card information.

9. Production & Processing Time

Production times may vary depending on the type and quantity of the order.

Any processing or production time displayed on our website is an estimate unless specifically stated otherwise.

Production times do not necessarily include shipping or delivery time.

Delays may occur because of equipment problems, material availability, high order volumes, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or circumstances outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s services and timelines.

11. Proofing & Order Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork, gang sheet arrangement, size, quantity, and other order details before completing checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information and artwork submitted are correct.

We may not be able to make changes after an order has entered production.

12. Print Color Variation

Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on your computer, phone, or other display.

Differences can occur because of:

• Screen settings
• RGB vs. CMYK color differences
• Artwork quality
• Printing conditions
• Film and ink characteristics

Minor color variations do not necessarily indicate a printing defect.

13. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because DTF transfers are custom-made products, custom orders may not be eligible for return or refund simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer requires the product.

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a significant printing issue, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue.

If an error is determined to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Our refund and return terms may be subject to a separate Refund & Return Policy.

14. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong product, please contact us promptly.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, branding, graphics, text, photographs, design elements, and other materials provided by DTF Express YYC are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our website content without our prior written permission.

16. Customer Artwork

You retain ownership of artwork that you upload to our website.

By uploading artwork, you give DTF Express YYC permission to use, reproduce, process, and modify the artwork only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested printing service.

We do not claim ownership of your designs.

17. Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and Gang Sheet Builder available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or other operational purposes.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DTF Express YYC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.

Our liability relating to a specific order will generally be limited to the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, equipment failure, power outages, labor disruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
